(1) Every foreigner shall submit the arrival form as per Schedule-6 upon entering Nepal and the departure form as per Schedule-6A upon departure from Nepal to the Immigration Office. (1a) Every Nepali who departs out of Nepal using the international airport and enters Nepal must submit the departure or arrival form to the office in accordance with Schedule-6B and Schedule-6C respectively.
(2) On the basis of the form submitted as per sub-rule (1), the immigration office shall prepare and send the arrival record of foreigners in the format as per Schedule-7 and the departure record in the format as per Schedule-7A to the department every day.
